So i flew out to Colorado for a family birthday, and to see about purchasing a handgun which I can not get in California.
Oh, that reminds me.
Dear California legislature,
I wish you all to choke violently on my mis-appropriated tax dollars.

The gun in question is a Kel Tec PF-9 that the fine folks running the great state of Commiefornia have decided should only be available to criminals and degenerates. The idea that I need a certain type of gun to commit a crime is astoundingly moronic. Not unlike the state enacted "cooling off period" which requires me to wait ten days before picking up my purchased handgun. News flash: If I am angry enough to kill someone, then I can just as well do it with a shotgun or a rifle (no waiting period). Even better, I can pretty much acquire ANY gun illegally use that, and then throw it away and there is no link to me at all. The only people who are restricted by these laws are people who want to abide by them. So here is how you get a gun that is not on the "approved" list for California:
#1 - Hope you have a parent or grandparent living in a state where the gun is legal
#2 - Have them purchase it, gift it to you, and then pay a $19 registration fee for CA
So the message sent here with this BS approved gun list is "These guns are not safe for you to own or carry, unless you have a family member who gave it to you, and then they are just fine." Does that make any sense at all?
The point is moot because after handling several dozen guns, I have decided that I am no longer interested in the PF-9. I'm going to get something with a higher clip capacity so that in the event I do crack up, I can do far more damage.
I hate California law.
