Ireland - Ashbourne, Co. Meath

I arrived as scheduled, currently I am eating my second Irish breakfast in a B&B in Ashbourne. I will update at more length tonight when I get to Donegal. For now I leave you with a picture of my breakfast:

Now I'm off for the drive to Donegal which I have been told by at least a dozen locals is somewhere between 3 and 6 hours in length. Ha! How do they not know?

  2. Hey Matt, yum yum, and a very happy belated birthday to you!I had a great salad with your mom last night and a lovely visit with Shari and we wished you a hippy birthday! Say, I see no fruit on your plate, just bangers, ham and eggs, that is stick to your ribs stuff, but it is good, I bet Pat is in heaven! Give Pat and Marin a hug for me...take care! Jan
